Allotment of shares



The Board is pleased to announce that 37,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
were allotted on 28 February 2003.  These shares have been allotted to Vema N.V.
GDR holders in relation to the all share offer by Newmark.



Application has been made for the admission of the 37,500 ordinary shares to the
Alternative Investment Market of London Stock Exchange plc.
