Newmark  announce that Michel Rapoport is to join the  Board
as  a non-executive director on 22 March 2001.  Michel (aged
59)  brings substantial experience of the security  industry
having been with Mosler Inc., in the USA since 1995 where he
is  currently President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mosler
is  a  full service, manufacturer and integrator of security
systems    for    banking,   industrial    and    commercial
organisations.   Prior  to that he  was  Vice  President  of
Pitney  Bowes  International and Chairman  of  Pitney  Bowes
France.

The directorships currently held by Michel Rapoport and held
during the last five years are as follows:

Mosler Inc.
Beijing Orient Mosler Security Technology Systems Co., Inc.
Bell Group plc
Grayson Water Inc (resigned 22 November 1999)

There  are  no other disclosures required to be  made  under
Part  One  Rule 15, schedule two paragraph (f)  of  the  AiM
Rules.
