                   Notice of Final Results and Trading Update

Newmark is pleased to announce that it will publish its final results for the
year ended 30 April 2007 in the middle of July. These final results will be
prepared under IFRS and are anticipated to show further growth across the
business units, with operating profits from continuing businesses and before
exceptional items in excess of current market expectations (under UK GAAP).
