Dividend Declaration
NewRiver is pleased to announce that it has declared a second quarterly dividend of 5.4 pence per share in respect of the year ending 31 March 2019, a 3% increase on the prior year (Second quarter 2018: 5.25 pence).
The dividend will be paid as a REIT Property Income Distribution (PID) on 16 November 2018 and will be paid to shareholders on the register at close of business on 19 October 2018. The ex-diviend date will be 18 October 2018.
