Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company was informed today that, as a result of a divorce settlement dated 1 June 2009 and confirmed on 18 June 2009, the beneficial interest of David Keens, Group Finance Director, in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each has reduced by 30,737 to 120,700 which represents 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.

There is no further requirement for David Keens to transfer or sell any of his remaining beneficial interest as part of such arrangements.
