Disclosure of Interest in shares - Part VI Companies Act 1985
A notification of disclosable interests dated 17 July has today been received by
the Company from Zurich Scudder Investments that Zurich Financial Services and
its Group holds 10,125,071 Ordinary Shares of 10p each which represents 3.00% of
the issued share capital of Next plc.
