Next Fifteen Communications Grp PLC 17 May 2006 NEXT FIFTEEN COMMUNICATIONS GROUP PLC Tom Lewis to Step Down as Non-Executive Director Next Fifteen Communications Group Plc ("Next Fifteen" or the "Group") today announces that Tom Lewis, a Non-Executive Director and one of the Group's co-founders, is stepping down from the Board with effect from July 31st 2006, the Group's year end. He is stepping down in order to devote himself fully to his substantial agricultural interests at Tenterden in Kent, having been with the Group for 25 years. Tom Lewis established Next Fifteen in 1981 with co-founder Mark Adams. He has been a Non-Executive Director of the Group since January 2004. He was Chief Executive until 1991 when current Chief Executive, Tim Dyson took over the role, and then Executive Chairman until January 2004 until Will Whitehorn was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman. Following Tom's departure from the Board, approximately 33% of the Group's equity will be held by the Board and employees (including 4,736,788 shares held in the Next Fifteen Employee Trust). Next Fifteen is not seeking an immediate replacement for Tom Lewis.
