Aedhmar Hynes-McGovern, Matthew Ravden, Carlo Crighton, Andrew West and
Sandeep Kalsi resigned from the Board of Directors of OneMonday Group plc with
effect from 1 January 2001.  Their intention to resign was previously
announced on 23 October 2000.
