Annual General Meeting
NextEnergy Solar Fund, the specialist solar power renewable energy investment company, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 16 August 2023 commencing at 12:00 p.m., at the registered office of the Company at PO Box 286, Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4LY.
In connection with the AGM, a copy of the Shareholder Circular and Notice of the 2023 AGM (the "Circular") has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism*. The Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2023 (the "Annual Report"), which is being tabled to the AGM, has previously been submitted to the NSM and is available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism*

NESF is a specialist solar+ fund listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250. NESF's investment objective is to provide ordinary shareholders with attractive risk-adjusted returns, principally in the form of regular dividends, by investing in a diversified portfolio of utility-scale solar energy and energy storage infrastructure assets.
