Grant of Options

Quixant (AIM: QXT), a leading provider of specialised computing platforms and monitors for gaming and slot machine applications, announces that it has granted a total of 55,000 options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the following persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") (the "Grant"):

Andrew Miller, Director of Operations of the Company               25,000 options
Martyn Gates, Densitron Product Director                                      15,000 options
Allen Chong, President, Densitron Corporation America              15,000 options 

The Options are exercisable at a price of 296 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable from the date of the release of the Company's accounts for the year ending 31 December 2021. The Options are exercisable subject to the growth of the diluted earnings per Ordinary Share (as set out in each of the audited accounts for the years ending 31 December 2019, 2020 and 2021) being equal to or greater than 10 per cent. in each financial year. 

Following the Grant, there are a total of 559,568 Options outstanding, representing approximately 0.84 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
