("Nexus" or the "Company")

Award of Options to Directors/PDMRs

Nexus announces that, under the Company's New Combined Bonus and Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), the following share options over ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company have been awarded to certain Directors and PDMRs ("Options").

No consideration was paid for the grant of these nil-cost Options which will vest in three equal tranches subject to the achievement of various performance conditions including average annual compound earnings per share growth and total shareholder return relative to a comparator group. The first tranche will vest on 30^th September 2023, the second on 30^th September 2024 and the third on 30^th September 2025.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The EU Market Abuse Regulation.
