Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, announces that pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Ffion Griffith was a director on the board of Trustees of Relate Limited, a private company and registered charity, when it entered administration on 26 November 2024.
There are no other matters in relation to Ffion Griffith's directorships which are required to be disclosed in accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies.
