Taptica (AIM: TAP), a global end-to-end mobile advertising platform for advertising agencies and brands, has been notified that on 18 April 2017 Mr Yaniv Carmi, Chief Financial Officer, sold 155,000 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 300.31 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the sale, Mr Carmi is now interested in 294,572 Ordinary Shares representing 0.49 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
