Tremor International Ltd (AIM: TRMR), a global leader in advertising technologies, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 along with its Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company's website at www.tremorinternational.com .

Notice of Annual General Meeting  

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 3.00 p.m. on Thursday, 18 June 2020. In light of current UK Government measures relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, including restrictions on gatherings and non-essential travel, it is anticipated that the AGM will be convened with the minimum quorum of only one Director and one other shareholder in attendance, which will be facilitated by the Company, in order to conduct the business of the meeting.

Therefore, in lieu of attending the AGM, all other shareholders are requested to complete and return the Form of Proxy to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy with their voting instructions. Shareholders must not attend the meeting in person.

Shareholders wishing to submit questions may do so by email to [e-mail] and in so far as relevant to the business of the meeting, questions will be responded to by email.

The result of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion and published on the Company's website.
