Proposed Change to Company Name
Taptica International Ltd (AIM: TAP), a global leader in advertising technologies for brand advertising and performance-based mobile marketing, announces the Board of directors' intention to change the name of the Company to Tremor International Ltd.
It is intended that the proposed change of name will better reflect the Group's ongoing strategic and operational focus following the transformational merger with RhythmOne.
The change in the Company's name will enable it to leverage the existing positive brand value associated with Tremor Video - in particular in the US - which is a key growth opportunity for the enlarged group. The Group's performance-based marketing division will retain the Taptica brand.
A special resolution to approve the name change will be proposed at the Group's Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, 13 June 2019.

Adopting the Tremor brand at group level is the next logical step for the business as it enables us to leverage the brand value associated with Tremor to address the significant opportunity that exists within the video advertising arena.
