Result of AGM
Taptica International Ltd (AIM: TAP), a global leader in advertising technologies for brand advertising and performance-based mobile marketing, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed including the resolution that the name of the Company and TIDM be changed to Tremor International Ltd and TRMR respectively.
It is therefore anticipated these changes will come into effect shortly, upon completion of the required administrative processes, when a supplementary announcement will be made.
In addition, further to the announcement on 23 May 2019, the Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Christopher Stibbs as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
