Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 11 September 2023 that Nick Gamble, PDMR and UK Sales Director, exercised options over 2,269 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 September 2023, under the Company's 2020 Save As You Earn Scheme (the 2020 "SAYE" Scheme), at an exercise price of 793 pence per Ordinary Share, all of which were sold by Nick Gamble on 8 September 2023.
