Purchase of Own Shares
Further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 13 December 2021, the Company announces that it has purchased 6,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 1,426.1 pence per share. The ordinary shares purchased will be held in treasury.

Total voting rights
Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 36,968,772 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share, of which 269,664 Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary shares carrying voting rights will be 36,699,108.
The above figure of 36,699,108 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
