Annual Report & Notice of Annual General Meeting

Nippon Active Value Fund plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the period to 31 December 2021 have been dispatched to all shareholders. The Company is also pleased to announce that its first Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will take place on 12 May 2021 and the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have also been dispatched to all shareholders.

The well-being and safety of shareholders and service providers is a primary concern for the Directors of the Company and taking into account the prevailing regulations and guidance relating to the COVID-19 crisis, the Directors have determined that the AGM will be run as a combined physical and electronic meeting. Further details regarding the arrangements for the AGM can be found in the Notice of AGM.

A copy of the Annual Report, including the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism or on the Company's website at  https://www.nipponactivevaluefund.com/ .
