and share capital of Nokia.

the US Investment Advisers Act of 1940. As of July 20, 2001 it holds 
through its clients a total of 222.461.008 Nokia shares,
consisting of both ADRs and ordinary shares. The holdings of Janus
Capital Corporation corresponds to 4.73 % of the total voting rights 
and share capital of Nokia.
