Nokia share capital reduced pursuant to
the resolution of the Annual General Meeting
The share capital of Nokia Corporation has been reduced pursuant to
the resolution taken by the Annual General Meeting on March 21, 2001
by EUR 4,137 through cancellation of 68,950 Nokia shares received by
the company. The reduction was registered with the Finnish Trade
Register on April 17, 2001. As a result of the reduction, the share
capital of Nokia currently is EUR 281,889,019.02 and the total number
of shares issued 4,698,150,317.
