The Company was informed on 25 April 2018 that on that day, Jane Mary White, spouse of Steven White, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Everyday Loans, purchased 2,600 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65.73 pence per Ordinary Share.
