NSF reports that as of 19 February 2015, the holding of Invesco Limited has gone above 19% and that Invesco Limited holds indirect voting rights in respect of 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 19.00% of the issue share capital of the Company.  These figures are based on regulatory filings completed by Invesco Limited and relate to indirect voting rights through Invesco Asset Management Limited of 20,000,000 ordinary shares.
