                           Directors' Share Dealings



Norcros, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, announces that on 5 December 2007 its
Group Chief Executive, Mr Joseph Matthews, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of
10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62.5p per share.
Following this purchase Mr Matthews now has a beneficial interest in 2,050,000
Ordinary Shares in Norcros, representing 1.38% of the issued share capital.
