Norcros plc (the "Company") was notified yesterday of the following dealings by Directors:

On 22 June 2010, David Hamilton, Director and Company Secretary, purchased 477,083 shares at a price of 8p each. David Hamilton's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 12,144,940 ordinary shares of 1p each.

On the same day, Leslie Tench, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 437,500 shares at a price of 8p each. Leslie Tench's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 686,283 ordinary shares of 1p each.
