The Company was notified on 21 June 2012 that on the same day, Martin Payne, Group Finance Director, purchased 300,000 shares at an average price of 11.958p each. The purchase was made via his self invested personal pension administered by James Hay Partnership. Martin Payne's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
