Directors' Share Dealings
Norcros announces that on 13 February 2008 its Group Chief Executive, Mr Joseph
Matthews, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42p per share. Mr David Hamilton, Director and
Company Secretary, also purchased 400,000 shares at a price of 42p per share via
his self invested personal pension (SIPP) administered by IPM Pension Trustees.
Following these purchases their beneficial interests are as follows:
