            CHANGE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DIVIDEND TIMETABLE





Further to the announcement of the Company's annual results on 15 March 2007,
the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting has been changed and will now
be held on 23 May 2007 at 10.00am at its registered office, Donaldson House, 97
Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD.



The proposed final dividend of 4.45p per Ordinary share, if approved by
shareholders, will be paid on 25 May 2007 to shareholders on the register on 27
April 2007.  The ex-dividend date is 25 April 2007.
