The Board of The North American Income Trust plc declare a first interim dividend of 5.5p per share in respect of the year to 31 January 2014 payable on 2 August 2013 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 5 July 2013.  The ex-date is 4 July 2013.

The North American Income Trust plc is managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited.
