THE NORTH AMERICAN INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of The North American Income Trust plc declare a first interim dividend of 6.0p per share in respect of the year to 31 January 2015 payable on 1 August 2014 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 4 July 2014.  The ex-date is 2 July 2014.

The North American Income Trust plc is managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited.
