THE NORTH AMERICAN INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of The North American Income Trust plc declare a first interim dividend of 6.5p per share in respect of the year to 31 January 2016 payable on 31 July 2015 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 July 2015.  The ex-date is 2 July 2015.

The North American Income Trust plc is managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited.
