Publication of a circular and Annual Report

Further to the announcement made by Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc (the "Company") on 21 March 2012, the Company has today published a circular in connection with proposals to change the Company's investment objective and policy and to make other associated changes (the "Proposals").  A general meeting to approve the Proposals has been convened for 11.15 a.m. (or such time immediately following the conclusion of the annual general meeting of the Company) on 29 May 2012.

The Company has also published its annual report and accounts for the year to 31 January 2012.

Copies of the Circular and the annual report and accounts have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.  The documents are also available for download from the Company's website, www.edinburghustrackertrust.co.uk.
