UPDATE ON THE RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 4 JUNE 2018

Following the results of the AGM yesterday, the Board of Directors notes the votes against Resolution 5. These votes were cast primarily by two shareholders on governance grounds. The Board will continue to engage with shareholders and is already at the end of a search process as part of a board refreshment programme. A further announcement will be made in the near future.
