THE NORTH AMERICAN INCOME TRUST PLC

The Board of The North American Income Trust plc declare a third interim dividend of 6.5p per share in respect of the year to 31 January 2015 payable on 13 February 2015 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 23 January 2015.  The ex-date is 22 January 2015.

The North American Income Trust plc is managed by Aberdeen Fund Managers Limited.
