Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 30 September 2015 is 31,144,234.  One ordinary share carries the right to one vote at a general meeting and therefore the total voting rights are 31,144,234.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
