On 3 December 2009 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 25,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 527.50 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 36,732,129 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
