On 9 December 2009 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 20,121 ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 522.39 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 36,683,008 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
