EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC

On 15 December 2011, Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 75,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 613.68 pence per Ordinary share.  Following the buy back, there are 31,700,118 Ordinary shares in issue.  The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.

Following this buyback of shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 31,700,118 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 31,700,118 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
