                         EDINBURGH US TRACKER TRUST PLC

On 24 May 2007 Edinburgh US Tracker Trust plc bought back 45,000 ordinary shares
for cancellation at an average price of 610.94 pence per share.  Following the
buy back, there are 70,990,742 ordinary shares in issue.  The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
