North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC ('the Company')

North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC has applied for the admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority for 20,340 Ordinary Shares of 5p each issued by the Company in relation to the conversion of 20,340 units of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 on 23 June 2008.

Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 4 July 2008.

The current issued share capital is 14,775,208 Ordinary shares. Upon admission of the new securities, the new issued share capital will be 14,795,548 Ordinary shares.
