made application for the admission to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority for 380,755 Ordinary Shares of 5p each issued by North
Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC in relation to the conversion of
380,755 units of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2013.

Admission of the new securities is expected to be effective on 6 July 2005.


The current issued share capital is 13,313,427 ordinary shares.
