North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc (the "Company") has received PDMR notifications in respect of the following share purchases made by Miranda Moncreiffe, the wife of its Chairman, Peregrine Moncreiffe, and also by his children, Alexandra, Eliza, Idina and Ossian Moncreiffe, and by Peregrine Moncreiffe himself on behalf of his son Euan Moncreiffe as detailed below:
