On 14 July 2011, Mr C H B Mills was granted 420,000 options to acquire Ordinary Shares of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc pursuant to the 2011 Share Option Scheme at a price per option of 1467.71 pence exercisable between 14 July 2014 and 14 July 2021 providing that the necessary performance requirements have been met.
