The Company received notification today that, as at 26 June 2007, J O Hambro
Investment Management Limited, as a nominee for underlying clients, held
1,087,830 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 7.89% of the voting rights of
the Company.

J O Hambro Investment Management Limited also notified that as at 26 June 2007
they held, as a nominee for underlying clients, 705,580 units of Convertible
Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 representing 8.99% of the outstanding units.
