Further to the announcement that was released by the Company on 1st July 2009 regarding the adjournment of the Meeting of Stockholders held on 30 June 2009, the Company can confirm that a Notice of Adjourned Meeting was sent to all holders of the loan stock on 9 July 2009 confirming that the adjourned meeting will be held on Thursday 23 July 2009 at 3.00pm at the registered office of the Company, Ground Floor, Ryder Court, 14 Ryder Street, London SW1Y 6QB.
