Total Voting Rights Update

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital consists of 14,824,227 Ordinary shares with voting rights.  Therefore the total number of voting rights is 14,824,227.

The above figure (14,824,227) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
