Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 21 January 2022 it purchased 9,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 4,450p each.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,661,000 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure ( 13,661,000 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
