Director's disclosure

The Company has been notified today that Mr Klas Nilsson, Director, has sold a total of 40,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.15 per cent of the current issued Ordinary Shares. Of this total, 10,000 Ordinary Shares were sold on 8^th April 2011 at 135 pence per share, 15,000 Ordinary Shares were sold on 9^th April 2011 at 134.25 pence per share and a further 15,000 Ordinary Shares  were sold on 11^th April 2011 at 132 pence per share

Following this sale Mr Nilsson now holds 5,060,000 Ordinary Shares representing 18.93 per cent of the issued Ordinary Shares.
