Directors' disclosure


The Company has been notified today that Mr Klas B. Nilsson, director, disposed
on 18 June 2007, of 450,000 ordinary shares  of 2.5p ('Ordinary Shares') at 77.5
pence  per share representing  1.98 per cent. of the current issued Ordinary
Shares. Following this sale Mr Nilsson now holds 4,550,000  Ordinary Shares
representing 20.03 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.


Prior to this sale, both Mr Klas B. Nilsson and Mr John RG Hunter, director,
 held 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares each representing 22.01 per cent each of the
issued Ordinary Shares and not 5,500,000 Ordinary Shares each as had previously
been disclosed.


The total number of  Ordinary  Shares in issue as at the date of this notice is
22,713,644 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares
held in treasury.
