PLANNING APPEAL - HIGH COURT DECISION


Northacre Plc is pleased to announce that following the High Court hearing
earlier this month, the Court has quashed the Planning Inspector's decision in
respect of Vicarage Gate House issued at the Public Inquiry in November 2005.

Furthermore, the Court has refused the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
the right of appeal to the Court of Appeal and that all of our costs in pursuing
this action are to be re-imbursed to us by the Royal Borough of Kensington and
Chelsea.

A further announcement will be made in due course in respect of the progress of
planning for this scheme.
